Inclement Weather Policy

In cases as to where the weather prevents either myself or the client to drive to either obtain or deliver food and you are paid in full, you may have the option to either reschedule or pick up the food from a specific location. I do not travel in inclement weather.

This policy is Case by case and will be discussed as early as possible with the client. No Refunds of the balance. Rescheduling and Pick up is an option! Rescheduling will also need to be based on my availability. If you are able to pick up your order, your traveling fee will be refunded.
